
My professional path began in the dental field, where I worked for over 16 years in healthcare. While the work sparked an interest in health, it lacked the depth and fulfillment I was searching for. I knew I wanted to work with people in a way that went beyond surface-level care; supporting not just the body, but the whole person.
That realization led me to shift into the world of holistic wellness, self-leadership, and emotional mastery. I was drawn to work that helps people develop a deeper, more conscious relationship with themselves; one built on awareness, regulation, and trust rather than pressure or autopilot.
Today, I support clients through self-leadership and mindset coaching, holistic yoga, and reflexology, helping them strengthen emotional resilience, reconnect with their bodies, and move through life with greater clarity and steadiness. My work integrates mind-body practices that support nervous system regulation, intentional living, and sustainable well-being.
I have taught thousands of hours of yoga, working with a wide range of individuals and needs, which deeply informs the embodied, practical approach I bring to my coaching and reflexology work.
I am a Certified NLP Practitioner, a 200-hour Certified Yoga Instructor, a Certified Reflexologist with the Reflexology Association of Canada, and hold a Diploma in Holistic Nutrition and Health Coaching. I also have specialized training in Maternity and Fertility Reflexology as well as Light Touch Reflexology for Babies and Toddlers.
I work from a quiet clinic in the east end of Regina, Saskatchewan, offering in-person reflexology and flexible formats for coaching and yoga.
My intention is to provide a grounded, supportive space where people can feel better; physically and emotionally and also learn to lead themselves with more clarity and ease.
This work is deeply personal to me, and it’s a privilege to guide others back to centre.
