You get things done. People count on you. From the outside, your life looks like it's working.
But somewhere in the middle of holding it all together, you lost touch with yourself. You know the feeling. You're capable everywhere except with your own life. You give until there's nothing left, then wonder why you're exhausted and can't name what's actually wrong.
That gap between how put-together you look and how disconnected you feel is the whole reason this work exists.
This is self-leadership coaching for that gap. Not to help you manage more. To help you come back to yourself.

Most high-functioning women were never taught how to stay connected to themselves under pressure. Nobody taught you how to want something without feeling guilty about it. Nobody taught you the difference between being responsible and abandoning yourself for other people's comfort.
So you built other ways to cope. You got good at managing. Managing your schedule, your family's needs, your own discomfort, the gap between what you have and what you actually want.
A managed life works. It even looks good from the outside. But it runs on your reserves, not your actual centre. You end most days at maybe 70 percent of yourself, and you've gotten so used to it you don't notice the other 30 percent is missing.
That's not a personality trait. It's a pattern. Patterns can change.

Not every first step has to be a big one. If you want to get a feel for this work before committing to anything, start small.
This isn't mindset coaching. It's not about thinking more positively or optimizing your habits. We're working underneath that, at the level where your actual behaviour gets decided.
We start with awareness, without turning it into self-judgment. You learn to notice what's actually happening in you, instead of what you think should be happening. Less internal noise. More clarity about what's true.
We build real regulation, not suppression. You learn what your nervous system is actually doing when it reads a new opportunity or a boundary as a threat, and how to stay in your body instead of shutting down or spinning out.
We name the identity contract you're operating under. Somewhere, usually a long time ago, you agreed to a version of yourself that made you safe or loved as a kid. That agreement is still running your adult life. Once you can see it clearly, you can revoke it and write a different one, in your own words, backed by real evidence instead of a mood.
We rebuild choice from the inside out. Once the old contract loses its grip, you stop choosing from fear, urgency, or habit. You start choosing from what's actually true for you.
That's the whole architecture. Not more strategies stacked on top of the same foundation. A different foundation.

This isn't about becoming more impressive. It's about becoming known to yourself again.
None of it happens because life got easier. It happens because you got steadier.

When you're ready for something with more depth or more support, here's where most women go next.
Some of you need language and a map before anything else. Some of you already have the map and need someone across from you while you do the harder work of living it. Both are real starting points. you're ready for something with more depth or more support, here's where most women go next.
A six-module self-guided course. Your first real map.
This is where most women start, because before you can change a pattern, you need to actually see it. Six modules, six specific patterns that keep high-functioning women stuck.
It's self-paced, but not solo. Three private coaching calls are built in to help the work land in your real life, and a small community of women is moving through the same material alongside you.
Reclaim You gives you the vocabulary and the first real evidence that change is possible, before you go any further.
$797 · Six modules · Three private coaching calls · One year of access
Eight weeks. Eight sessions. One-on-one.
This is the work you can't do from a workbook, no matter how good the workbook is. Reclaim You gives you the map. The Sovereign Self is where you actually walk it, with someone across from you who can see the pattern before you can name it yourself.
At the center of this work is what I call Borrowed Regulation: the pattern of only feeling okay when someone else approves of you. It's the reason you rehearse conversations before you have them. The reason a flat text message can wreck your whole afternoon. The reason you can make a decision in private and then quietly abandon it the moment someone else raises an eyebrow. Most women have been managing this pattern their whole adult lives without ever being able to name it, which is exactly why it keeps running the show.
Across eight sessions, we work on three things together:
Every session is built around what's actually happening in your life that week, not a script. You leave with language, evidence, and a felt sense of your own ground, not just insight. This is coaching for the woman who already knows something needs to shift and is ready to do it with someone in the room, not alone with a course.
$4,500, or three payments of $1,500
"I've read a lot of books over the years, done therapy, worked with mindset coaches...but I hav never worked with someone like Jill Bullock, who just seems to be able to tap into those deep thoughts we all have to help find ways to see things in a different, healthier manner! Which leads to better, healthier choices and a new-found love for living a healthier lifestyle!"
"Jill, I am so thankful and grateful that I made the decision to work with you over the past 8 weeks. You mindset coaching saved my life. It's not that I wanted to die, I just didn't know how to live. The depression and anxiety were crippling. With your coaching and guidance you helped me clear my brain of the constant negative chatter and stories that filled my day. At the start of our sessions I went from talking my self in to being happy to after 8 weeks genuinely being happy, fulfilled and finding my life's purpose, "HUGE".
You would tell me that I did all the work but without you this incredibly POWERFUL journey would not have happened.
Jill you are an Amazing Human with great compassion, awareness, insight and so much more. I am eternally grateful to have worked with you, to know you. You words guide me everyday. I now have tools to live my best life"WOW" From the bottom of my hear, Thank you."
"Jill has helped me change the way I think. She has taught me to speak up, and that success comes from being uncomfortable. She has taught me to value myself and be proud of who I am. Most importantly, she has made me aware that when I value myself and speak up, I can't control how people react. So why worry about it. I will absolutely continue to work with Jill on this going forward."
"Before joining Reclaim You, I didn’t even realize how much time I spent in my head; overanalyzing conversations, trying to predict what everyone else was thinking, and constantly bracing for the next thing to go wrong. I was exhausted but didn’t know how to turn it off.Through the program, I learned how to slow down, reconnect with myself, and actually be present. I don’t spiral in my thoughts like I used to, and I’ve stopped trying to read everyone’s minds or manage their emotions. I feel calm, grounded, and more in control of my own energy. For the first time in years, I can just breathe and trust myself. It’s been life-changing."
No. This is coaching. It's focused on awareness, regulation, and rebuilding your relationship with yourself. If something deeper comes up, I'll always be honest with you about when therapy is the better fit.
No. This is for any woman who's tired of over-giving and ready to find her way back to herself. Your job title has nothing to do with it.
No, but most women find it helpful. Reclaim You gives you language and your first real evidence of change. The Sovereign Self takes that further with someone alongside you. If you already know you want the deeper work, we can start there.
No. It's about staying connected to yourself enough that you respond instead of react. Calm isn't the goal. Steady is.
