Then join us for a weekend of yoga, meditation, community, teachings on the shores of Echo Lake once again in the spring of 2024.
Jill and I have been working together for several years, facilitating workshops and retreats.
Together we provide you with a safe, supportive, nurturing, inspiring space.. that also gives you the appropriate 'tough love' nudges to have you quit sabotaging yourself, and start living the life you have been wanting to live.
These annual getaways follow a similar structure and flow each year, with retreat content constantly evolving. Though highly encouraged, all activities are optional, as our goal is to have you follow your own heart's agenda in choosing how to spend your weekend.
Check-in Friday afternoon after 4:30 pm to your room at the Echo Lake Bible Camp. Get settled in, take a walk around the area, have some time to yourself to unwind before a light dinner followed by our first session:Yoga Nidra led by yoga teacher, reflexologist & life coach Jill Bullock. Then off to bed for a good nights' sleep before Saturday events.
Saturday morning will start with an invigorating morning yoga session, followed by a healthy breakfast. The morning workshop after breakfast will be led by Naturopathic Doctor, Reiki Master, IFS-informed practitioner and Soul coach Julie Zepp.
Time for lunch and integration/ personal time will be offered in the early afternoon, then we will reconvene for breath work, a workshop with Jill, and a gentle movement practice.
Communal dinner and Saturday night free-flow ecstatic dance will conclude our day.
Sunday? More yoga, breakfast, and a soul-inspiring session led by Julie will conclude our weekend.
Check-out by 12:30 pm on Sunday, to return home after a restful, restorative, healing weekend.
