I offer corporate wellness and leadership development experiences designed to support clarity, emotional resilience, and sustainable performance — for individuals, teams, and organizations.


Based in Regina, Saskatchewan, my corporate offerings integrate self-leadership coaching, emotional mastery, and somatic practices to help people perform well without sacrificing their well-being. Addressing the Patterns That Keep People Stuck

Many workplace challenges persist not because people lack skill or motivation, but because they are operating from unconscious patterns that shape how they respond to pressure, responsibility, and change.


These patterns often show up as:

  • over-functioning or people-pleasing
  • avoidance of difficult conversations
  • perfectionism and self-doubt
  • chronic stress responses
  • difficulty slowing down or disengaging


Left unexamined, these internal dynamics keep individuals and teams cycling through the same challenges; even when they are highly capable and well-intentioned.


My work helps individuals and teams bring awareness to these unconscious limitations, expand emotional and nervous system capacity, and develop the ability to choose responses more intentionally. When these internal restraints are addressed, behaviour change becomes sustainable rather than forced.


This is where self-leadership and emotional mastery move beyond insight and into real transformation, not by fixing people, but by removing what’s quietly getting in the way.
